We are leaving for sunny Mexico in just a few days to spend Thanksgiving with my family! Pete and I decided to leave behind a few things for a "real" vacation. We both have an Iphone addiction. We are shutting them down and leaving them at home. I'm already getting a twitch. Next, the computers are staying here too! Oh my goodness. I'm already feeling a withdrawal. We can do it:)
I guess you could call it a " technology fast!" I'm sure we will find lots of other things to do:)

I am addicted to my iPhone. I am nervous just thinking about you going without your iPhone!!
My family and I went on a vacation for Christmas a few years ago. It was so nice to be out of town and skip the holiday rush.

Don't worry too much...I'll have my Iphone and my computer with me! If you are nice I might let you look at one of them. Hahaha. While I'm laying in the hot sun, and having my every whim waited on...not only by Jake but others next week! :) It's a tough life, but I guess we can do it! Early Saturday morning...CAN'T WAIT!
So much fun. How thankful you must be. We will be praying for your family as you are warm and we are cold. Jealous? YES!
Drink bottled water! Seriously, the water should be ok, but I know enough people that have come back seriously sick to risk it: parasites, diarrhea, vomiting all in a range of attacking while and after the vacation.

Have fun! It looks like you go away a lot-you are so lucky! My husband and I took our FIRST and probably only vacation together a few weeks ago. It was the best. Enjoy. I know you will!
